Job summary

LEDL in Tamil Nadu seeks a senior professional for industrial motor design and testing roles. Candidates should hold BE/ME in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics, with 15–20 years of experience in motor development, testing and calibration. Age 30–40 years.

Experience with BIS, CE, UL certifications is a plus; EV motor/BLDC development and drives knowledge is advantageous. Familiarity with generators, transformers and gear motors, plus design tools like ANSYS and Speed, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exposure in motor products, especially in the Industrial Segment.

• Experience in Generator, Transformer, Gear Motor and Drives industries is beneficial.
• Design tool verification using software (e.g., ANSYS, Speed) and product coding system knowledge.
• Define schedule, analyze and estimate project cost at development stage.
• Understand manufacturing processes and engineering information; plan and prioritize New Product activities.
