Job summary

Renovision Automation Services (RASPL) seeks a skilled Major Incident Manager to oversee critical incidents, assess alerts and declare P1/P2 incidents as needed. You will establish incident bridges and drive rapid cross-functional resolution.

Responsibilities include coordinating technical teams, preparing Major Incident Reports, conducting Post Incident Reviews, driving Root Cause Analysis, and tracking corrective actions to closure. Based in Mumbai Suburban, the role is full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing critical incidents and coordinating resolution teams.
• Ability to drive RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Proven track record of producing MIR and PIR documents.
• Strong stakeholder communication during high-pressure incidents.
