- Developing safety standards and culture;

- Managing human resources needs, including age pyramid and competence transfer;

Industrialization
- Managing engineers/technicians during new equipment industrialization;
- Applying VSDP & IPROM standards;
- Participating in industrial IAR preparation;
- Ensuring design flow back.
Maintenance
- Managing maintenance resources to minimize MTTR and maximize MTBF and TRP;
- Proposing and controlling maintenance budgets;
- Driving productivity actions and deploying ERIM/TPM;
- Ensuring documentation and FMEA updates;
- Managing spare parts lists.
Continuous Improvement
- Conducting measurements and micro-stoppages observations;
- Maintaining a dynamic improvement proposal system;
- Participating in safety and environmental risk reduction;
- Leading Safety QRQC for incidents;
- Contributing to equipment and process startups;
- Participating in Maintenance QRQC;
- Leading PDCA/FTA and 5 WHYs analyses;
- Preparing LLC & Kaizen cards;
- Participating in budget planning and organizational improvements;
- Promoting Valeo’s 5 axes and developing improvement plans to meet V5000 targets.
