Job summary

Safran is seeking a Maintenance Operations professional in Hyderabad to plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across CNC and special-process machinery. You will lead maintenance engineers and technicians, monitor performance, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure 5S, safety and regulatory compliance while leveraging CMMS and IoT tools. English fluency is preferred for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• More than 8 years of experience in maintenance operations.
• Fluent English is preferred.
• Experience with CNC and special-process machines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
