Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a Mainframes Architect to lead design and delivery of mainframe solutions. You will work with COBOL, PL/1, CICS, JCL and DB2, using IBM Rational tools to drive architecture decisions and ensure quality.

The role involves participating in architecture discussions, creating design documents, and aligning with SDLC processes while championing performance and SOA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of architectural design patterns and database designs.
• Hands-on experience with Service Oriented Architecture.
• Ability to lead solution development and delivery for design solutions.
• Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC and latest technologies.
