Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking a skilled Mainframe Application Developer to design, develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support production environments. The role covers performance tuning, testing (unit, system, integration, UAT) and collaboration with analysts, QA and other developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mainframe development using COBOL/JCL/DB2/CICS.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data migration testing and performance optimization.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe apps with COBOL/JCL/DB2/CICS.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and fix defects.
• Perform application performance tuning and optimization.
• Conduct unit, system, integration testing and support UAT.
• Maintain technical documentation for changes and processes.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA and other developers on solutions.
• Participate in mainframe modernization and integration initiatives.
