Job summary

Manatal is seeking experienced Magento professionals in Bengaluru to act as technical and functional specialists. You will write and maintain reusable quality code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior resources. The role requires strong understanding of Magento architecture and proficiency in PHP.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating Magento eCommerce platform and developing Rest APIs, along with expertise in customizing themes and creating modules.

Responsibilities

• Organization is seeking experienced Magento professionals who can act as technical, functional and industry specialists, and assist in creating innovative system solutions.
• Write code for complex requirements.
• Write re-usable quality code and be responsible for the quality of the solution
• Strives for deep understanding of the technologies being used
• Identifies problem areas within components/product and actively works to fix them
• Must have a go getter attitude and result oriented approach
• Creating low level design documents and various technical specifications
• Conducting code reviews and debugging of complex programs
• Working with GraphQLand Rest APIS
• Mentor the junior resources in the team as technical point of contact

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Magento System Architecture, Design, Theming,
• Functionality Enhancements, Configuration
• Strong PHP and Magento skills with an emphasis on Object Oriented Programming
• Hands on experience in integrating Magento eCommerce platform
• Hands-on experience on developing and consuming Rest API
• Should have the knowledge to customize Magento Themes
• Experience in creating modules (payment, shipping, etc.)
• Experience in creating customizable plugins for Magento
• Conceptual and implementation knowledge of MVC framework
• Knowledge and integration experience with server-side communication using Ajax and JSON
• Cross-platform, cross-mobile UI issues
