Job description

As a Machine Learning Trainer, you will be at the forefront of educating and upskilling our employees/students/clients in the field of machine learning. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver machine learning training programs that cater to learners with varying levels of expertise, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the training materials align with our organization s objectives and industry trends.

Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive machine learning training modules and courses that are customized to the specific needs of our target audience.
2. Instruction: Conduct engaging and interactive machine learning training sessions, workshops, or webinars, whether in-person or virtually.
3. Assessment: Evaluate the progress and proficiency of participants by using assignments, quizzes, and practical projects to gauge their understanding and skill development.
4. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to participants and continuously enhance training materials based on feedback and emerging industry developments.
5. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies to ensure training content remains cutting-edge.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and participant performance.
7. Support: Offer guidance and support to participants outside of training sessions, addressing questions and providing supplementary resources as needed.

Qualifications:

1. bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as a machine learning practitioner with a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
3. Previous experience as a trainer or educator in machine learning or related fields.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
7. Familiarity with instructional design principles and methodologies.
8. Relevant certifications (eg, Machine Learning Certification) are a plus
