Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve AI features using React, Node.js, and Express
• Integrate OpenAI and other LLM APIs to improve conversation quality
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Fine‑tune and train models for domain‑specific needs
• Develop middleware and pipelines to manage context, user history, and optimize prompts
• Translate user requirements into AI‑driven features
• Implement robust testing, evaluation, and monitoring for AI models in production
• Stay current with developments in LLMs and AI tools

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years as a Machine Learning or AI Engineer
• Strong with Node.js, Express, and React
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI or similar APIs
• Experience with recommendation engines, personalization, or user behavior modeling
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and embedding‑based retrieval (RAG)
• Familiar with Python for data preparation or model training
• Knowledge of tokenization, vector databases, and conversational flow design
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
