Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking a hands-on professional to develop Digital Tools on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio based solutions for engineering and project teams.

You will focus on engineering productivity, intelligent search, and reuse of past project knowledge across CCPP and coal-based power plant projects, contributing to broader digitalization and AI-enabled initiatives within EPC workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to design, build, and maintain applications based on ASP.NET with MS Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle, VBA, Python and Java.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise data, and automation logic.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, data structuring, and access controls.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as intelligent search, document understanding, or retrievalbased systems is a plus.
• Experience with engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or project data preferred.
