Job summary

FCM Meetings & Events in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager to lead hotel, DMC, and supplier contracting for global Meetings & Events programs. Decode RFQ / RFP requirements and source destinations, hotels, and vendors.

You will negotiate pricing and terms with international suppliers, build strong relationships, and support sales with costing, product inputs, and feasibility checks. Graduate in Travel / Hospitality with 5+ years in MICE preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MICE / Meetings & Events / Incentive Travel / Contracting.
• Strong experience in outbound MICE destinations and global supplier handling.
• Hands-on experience in hotel contracting, DMC coordination, and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to understand RFQ / RFP and prepare costing inputs.
• Experience working on international group movements and corporate events.

Day in the life:

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in MICE / Meetings & Events / Incentive Travel / Contracting role
• Strong experience in outbound MICE destinations and global supplier handling
• Hands-on experience in hotel contracting, DMC coordination, and vendor negotiations
• Ability to understand RFQ / RFP and prepare costing inputs
• Experience working on international group movements and corporate events
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good knowledge of global destinations and MICE operations
• Experience in corporate travel / MICE / event travel industry preferred
• Graduate in Travel / Tourism / Hospitality or related field preferred
