Job summary

Michael Page in Mumbai is seeking a senior professional to lead large-scale M&A transactions in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector with a focus on Automotive. You will identify opportunities, build models and prepare investment papers for decision-makers.

You will coordinate due diligence, engage with internal teams and external advisers, track progress, and support post-deal planning to move initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Experience handling merger and acquisition transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Confidence reviewing financial statements and business data.
• Experience preparing investment notes and deal presentations.
