The candidate will design and implement PegaInfinity-based solutions, build modern UIs with Cosmos React and UI Kit, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of Pega development experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules.
• Proven track record in developing Pega applications from scratch on PegaInfinity (v8.7+).
• Expertise with Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, Cosmos React; understanding SPA behavior and DX APIs.
• Pega certifications like CLSA or CSSA are highly preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices, PegaUnit, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading small to mid-sized teams.

Responsibilities
