Job summary

SRS Infoway is seeking a skilled Monitoring Engineer to design and implement enterprise monitoring across on‑premise, cloud or hybrid environments. You will develop dashboards, automate workflows and integrate third‑party tools to support IT operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with LogicMonitor, scripting in Python/Groovy/PowerShell, and creating robust data sources and logic modules for new requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring of medium to large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on in implementing monitoring solutions on on-premise, cloud or hybrid setups.
• Experience in integrating third-party tools like ITSM, Event Management or Collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of creating logic modules, datasources and propertysources.

• Handle configuration, release and change management for monitoring solutions.

Description:

Solid understanding of medium and large-scale enterprise, network architectures, monitoring protocols and fault management.

Knowledge and hands on experience in implementation of monitoring solutions in On premise, Cloud or Hybrid environments

Hands on Experience in Custom integrations with third party tools like ITSM or Event management or Collaborations tools

Strong knowledge and understanding of LogicModules, Create logicmodules such as Datasources, propertysources for new requirements

Knowledge and Experience in programming languages like Python, Groovy, Powershell

Good knowledge in REST API Queries, writing scripts to automate daily tasks

Responsible for developing dashboards and automate workflows using any automation tools

Configuration, release, and change management

Implementation of core applications supporting monitoring service support

software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications.

Good analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills

Certifications: LMCA, LMCP
