Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Mumbai seeks an internal audit professional to audit loan files for compliance with internal policies and RBI/NHB regulations. The role involves identifying issues, analyzing data to detect revenue leakages, and communicating findings to stakeholders for proper closures.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in internal/concurrent audit within NBFCs or banks, with a finance or accounting background and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in internal audit / Concurrent Audit of NBFCs or Banks.
• Semi-qualified CA or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience in loan auditing or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Audit loan files for compliance with internal policies and RBI/NHB regulations.

Job description

Roles & Responsibility:

• Audit of loan files to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as RBI / NHB regulations.
• To identify and document issues, discrepancies & non compliances.
• Analyse data, reports & records to identify revenue leakages.
• Communicate audit findings with stakeholders & to get proper closures.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and procedures, suggesting changes to enhance efficiency and control.
• Maintain comprehensive audit work papers, prepare audit reports, and track the status of audit findings.

Key Skills required:

• Experience in loan auditing or working in financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve audit issues and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office & related financial system.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Semi-qualified CA / Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in internal audit / Concurrent Audit of NBFCs or Banks.
