Job summary

GrowAI Edtech is seeking a part-time, remote LLM Engineering Trainer to design and deliver training on large language models and applied AI engineering. You will develop curricula, create hands-on projects, demos, and exercises, and run live online sessions, workshops, or small-group mentoring.

You will explain core concepts such as prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and integration of LLMs into applications, while adapting teaching methods for varied learner levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of large language models and applied AI (e.g., prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and safety/ethics in AI).
• Proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar) and working with popular LLM APIs or open-source models.
• Experience creating educational content, including curricula, tutorials, exercises, and project-based learning resources for technical topics.
• Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring ability, with clear communication skills and the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with remote work tools and online teaching platforms, and the ability to manage sessions, discussions, and feedback in virtual settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior industry experience in AI, software engineering, or data science, particularly involving LLMs or NLP, is highly beneficial.
