Job summary

CSM Technologies seeks a senior Linux/DevOps architect to design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure. You will lead RHEL-centric solutions, optimize Apache/Nginx deployments, and oversee MySQL/PostgreSQL HA configurations across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will drive Terraform-based provisioning, CI/CD integration, and security architectural decisions while mentoring teams and guiding complex migration projects for global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Linux enterprise architectures with RHEL administration as a mandatory requirement.
• Strong design, optimization, and troubleshooting skills for Apache and Nginx in enterprise environments.
• Experience deploying multi-tier apps with Tomcat, PHP, and WebLogic, including performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL architecture, replication, clustering, and HA strategies.
• Hands-on experience with load balancing (HAProxy, Nginx, F5) and advanced traffic management.
• Security-first mindset across OS, network, and application layers with audits and firewall design.
• Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform for IaC and multi-cloud provisioning.
• Migration projects, DR planning, automation, and CI/CD pipeline support with DevOps teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level Linux infrastructure solutions with expert-level RHEL administration (mandatory); strong experience with Ubuntu and other distributions
• Expert proficiency in Apache and Nginx - design, optimization, troubleshooting, and enterprise architecture implementation
• Advanced configuration and optimization of Tomcat, PHP, and WebLogic with multi-tier application deployment strategies
• Design and implement MySQL and PostgreSQL architectures including replication, clustering, high-availability, and performance tuning
• Design and implement enterprise load balancing solutions (HAProxy, Nginx, F5) with advanced traffic management and failover mechanisms
• Architect comprehensive security frameworks at application, OS, and network levels; implement advanced firewall architectures and conduct security audits
• Expert-level cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform implementation for infrastructure provisioning and multi-cloud architectures
• Design and execute backup and restoration strategies as and when required before patch updates, migrations, and critical system changes
• Understand and collaborate with development teams to provide expert support for application code deployment and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Lead migration projects, infrastructure assessments, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and scalability
• Design high-availability, disaster recovery solutions, and implement automation frameworks with Infrastructure as Code
• Perform advanced performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization across enterprise environments
• Expert in log analysis, SOP documentation, and working with open source tools for enterprise solutions
• Mentor technical teams, lead complex projects, provide pre-sales support, and manage multiple client engagements
• Flexible for shifting to different locations and extensive travel as per project requirements across client sites
