Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and upstreaming of Linux kernel features for Arm-based SoCs. This hands-on technical leadership role sits at the intersection of hardware and software for high-performance compute infrastructure.

You will drive upstream contributions to the mainline kernel, collaborate with hardware, firmware, and platform teams to enable new features, and mentor junior engineers while representing Qualcomm

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Linux kernel development experience on Arm-based servers.
• Strong understanding of memory management, scheduling, and I/O subsystems.
• Experience upstreaming features and working with open-source communities.
• Familiar with UEFI/ABL, remoteproc, FF-A, secure boot.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and upstreaming of Linux kernel features for Armv8/v9 compute SoCs.
• Collaborate with hardware/firmware/platform teams to enable new features.
