Job summary

Mirafra Technologies is seeking Linux Device Driver Developers for work on high-end kernel and driver projects in Hyderabad/Bangalore. Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of experience in Linux kernel and device driver development and strong embedded C programming skills.

Familiarity with GPIO, LCD, USB/PCIe/Ethernet drivers is important, along with knowledge of virtio, QEMU device models, Xen hypervisor, and IOMMU frameworks. Experience with Yocto and BSP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux kernel and device driver development.
• Embedded C programming and data structures programming.
• Experience with GPIO, LCD, USB/PCIe/Ethernet device drivers.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel internals, virtio, QEMU device models, Xen hypervisor, and IOMMU.

Responsibilities

• Develop Linux device drivers and kernel modules for hardware platforms.
• Debug and optimize driver code, fix regressions, and ensure stability.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate drivers with SoC peripherals.
• Contribute to BSP development, use Yocto for image creation and testing.

• Good to have Linux BSP, Debugging, Yocto+ QEMU(Quick Emulator) and X86 Processor
