About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Line Side Access professional to join our operations team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to critical line-side infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting seamless operational continuity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision, analytical thinking, and organizational excellence are essential to success.

• Manage and control access to line-side infrastructure, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry
• Conduct thorough inspections of access points and document findings in compliance with established procedures
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect personnel and equipment
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of access logs, maintenance activities, and incident reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance checks on access control systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to access requests and scale issues to appropriate management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Communicate effectively with field teams and management regarding operational status and concerns
