Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced LIMS Interface Consultant to support integrations between a Laboratory Information Management System and other systems in the Quality Control environment. The engagement is remote in India with start ASAP through March 2027 and go-live targeted for November.

You will assess technical solutions, identify risks, and add value within the first week while coordinating with Quality, IT, and lab teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive LIMS interface and systems integration experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life-sciences environments.
• Experience integrating LIMS with SAP, MES, Veeva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of QC laboratory processes in regulated environments.
• Understanding of GxP, CSV and data integrity requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project.
• LabVantage experience preferred (v8.8.0.19).

This project is approaching production, with activities beginning in September and go-live targeted for November.

The consultant must have strong hands-on LIMS interface experience and be able to quickly understand the current landscape, assess technical solutions proposed by the implementation partner, identify risks or gaps, and add value within the first week.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of LIMS interfaces.
• Work with integrations involving SAP, MES, Veeva, and other laboratory or enterprise systems.
• Review and challenge interface designs and technical recommendations.
• Identify integration risks and resolve technical issues before deployment.
• Support testing, defect resolution, validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, laboratory, validation, and implementation teams.

Required Experience:

• Strong LIMS interface and systems-integration experience.
• Pharmaceutical or life-sciences industry background.
• Experience integrating LIMS with SAP, MES, Veeva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of QC laboratory processes and regulated environments.
• Understanding of GxP, CSV, and data-integrity requirements.

• LabVantage experience is highly preferred, particularly version 8.8.0.19.
