Job summary

Firefox Enterprise Llp is seeking a skilled Lift Technician to service, install and maintain lifts/elevators across sites in Assam. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, handling lift breakdowns, preparing service reports, and coordinating with supervisors, engineers and customers on site. Preference will be given to candidates with practical field experience as lift/elevator technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lift Technician is preferred
• Hands-on field experience is valued
• Willingness to work across multiple sites in Assam

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of lifts/elevators
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Handle lift breakdowns and customer complaints
• Inspect and maintain lift components, including motors, brakes, doors, sensors, switches, ropes and control panels
• Perform testing and ensure safe and smooth operation of lifts
• Assist in lift installation, commissioning and handover
• Maintain service reports and records
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and customers at different sites
• Follow all company safety procedures and required lift safety practices
