Chandigarh News is seeking a qualified IP lawyer to handle trademark prosecution, registrations, and related IP matters. You will draft affidavits and notices, and manage opposition proceedings. The role requires strong drafting and communication skills with hands-on experience in trademark registration, opposition, and IP litigation.

LL.B./LL.M from a recognized university is preferred. The candidate will ensure accurate legal records and apply knowledge of Trademark, Design, and Copyright laws

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 57 years of hands-on experience in Trademark and Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Practical experience in trademark registration, opposition proceedings, and IP-related litigation.
