Job summary

ideaForge is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team in Navi Mumbai. You will gain exposure to contract management, digital execution of agreements, and cross-functional coordination across departments to close agreements efficiently.

The role offers hands-on experience in CLM, contract drafting basics, and research support, with a 3 to 6 months paid internship and mentoring from experienced legal professionals at a fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications

• Law graduates (LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Tenure of internship should be 3 to 6 months (Paid internship).
