Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team, where you will define and deliver set goals for the firm and interact with multiple business lines and stakeholders. This role focuses on strengthening the Legal Entity control environment and delivering accurate financials.

You will perform month-end close, consolidate statements, develop comprehensive financial reports, and support regulatory reporting with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA certification preferred.
• Proficient Excel and reporting tools required.

Responsibilities

• Legal entity accounting control, including month-end close process, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up
• Monitor the monthly consolidation of income statement and balance sheet
• Month-End analytical review of the legal entity to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements and preparation of various reports
• Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules and perform control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, and support ad-hoc requests for financial information
• Support Federal Reserve regulatory reporting
• Resolution Recovery - review and confirm periodic financial and non-financial appendices
• General ledger balance reconciliation - Complete reconciliation of numerous general ledger accounts

Job Summary:

As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

The Legal Entity Control team is responsible for financial oversight of their legal entity, and is tasked with ensuring that a strong control environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products, and operational areas that impact the Legal Entity financials and regulatory reporting of the firm.

This role provides an opportunity to interact with multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders while learning legal entity controllership end-to-end. The Analyst will liaise with the line of business finance teams, operations, and the Legal Entity Controller community to drive the Legal Entity agenda. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Support Federal Reserve regulatory reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA
• Proficient Excel skills
