You will be a corporate counsel supporting epay’s rapidly evolving business in India and North America, with a primary focus on commercial contract negotiation and finalization. In India, you will also advise and support RBI‑regulated businesses (both contracting and regulatory advisory). The ideal candidate brings international‑standard drafting, clear risk framing, and the ability to translate global contracting principles into enforceable outcomes in their jurisdiction of expertise.
