High Career Mumbai is seeking a skilled Legal & Compliance Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence. The role involves reviewing contracts and documents to spot vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

You will advise internal stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective programs, monitor metrics, and stay current with evolving regulations to drive improvements.

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on legal and compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compliance programs and procedures.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to improve compliance practices.
