Job description
This is a full-time, in ofice role for a Legal Compliance Officer located in the Pune Division. The Legal Compliance Officer will ensure organizational adherence to all applicable laws, handle regulatory compliance matters, prepare and review legal documents, oversee the resolution of legal issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. The responsibilities also include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Law and Land Rules related to Real Estate
- Experience of five years & above with Legal Document Preparation & management
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues effectively
- Critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
- Proficiency in relevant legal softwares and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Law is preferble & exposure in land Dealings
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
