Job summary

Drlawassociates in Delhi/NCR is seeking an experienced litigator with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in civil, commercial, or criminal litigation before high courts and tribunals.

You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, appear and argue in courts, and brief senior advocates. The role demands strong advocacy skills, courtroom readiness, and coordination with senior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in civil, commercial or criminal litigation.
• Experience before DHC/SC/NCLT/NCLAT preferred.
• Strong draftsmanship and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Appear and argue in courts as required.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other court documents.
• Brief senior advocates and coordinate with teams.
