Responsibilities

• Draft and vet loan agreements, legal deeds, NOCs, No Dues Letters, Pari Passu Letters, and other legal documents.
• Conduct property title searches and due diligence for securities/collateral.
• Review contracts, onboarding documents, and KYC documentation for legal validity.
• Provide legal opinions and support on lending-related legal and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other authorities, wherever authorized.
• Coordinate with external counsel and maintain records of legal matters.
