Job summary

GeekyAnts in Bengaluru invites a Corporate Legal Counsel to draft, review and vet contracts and regulate compliance across the company. You will coordinate with internal teams, liaise with external counsel, and develop legal frameworks and policies.

The role requires 2–3 years of corporate law experience, strong drafting skills, knowledge of labor and corporate laws, excellent communication, negotiation, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year or 5 year integrated LLB) from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal function.
• Strong understanding of contract drafting and legal documentation.
• Knowledge of corporate laws, labor laws, and legal drafting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
