Job summary

Apparel Training & Design Centre(ATDC) in Delhi, India seeks experienced educators with strong background in apparel manufacturing, merchandising and garment construction. The role requires 4+ years total experience with 2+ years in teaching and hands‑on CAD-pattern knowledge.

You will contribute to curriculum development, course delivery, and student placements. The candidate should have a Post Graduate or B.Tech/B.E in Garment, Apparel, Fashion or Clothing Technology and will join a program

Qualifications

• Post Graduate / B.Tech./B.E in Garment / Apparel / Fashion/ Clothing Technology from recognized University / National Fashion Institutes (Full Time).
• A minimum of 4 years of total professional experience is required, including at least 2 years in Apparel and allied industries with minimum 2 years in teaching in reputed University/ Institute. The candidates should possess in‑depth knowledge in Apparel Manufacturing, Merchandising, Production, Textile, Quality, Garment Construction and Pattern Making (CAD).

Responsibilities

• Implementation of National/State Level Skill Development programmes under Central/ State Govt. Agencies and regulatory bodies like AICTE/NSDC.
• Content development for each course and preparation of course wise schedule. Conceptualizing and creating illustration, demonstration or related events.
• Delivery of lectures, conducting practical and online classes etc. for Degree, Diploma and Certificate Courses such as Apparel Merchandising Technology (AMT), Production Supervisor Sewing (PSS) and Fashion Designing.
• Develop curriculum for new courses or programs based on industry requirements.
• Maintain a positive learning environment by promoting student engagement, motivation, and creativity
• Managing of Mobilization, Documentation, assessment and placements of candidates.
