Job summary

DevRev is rethinking customer education for the AI era. We seek a mid-level Learning Architect to translate complex product knowledge into learning frameworks, prompts, and assessments that AI can execute, collaborating with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams.

You will design onboarding, certifications, workshops, and self-paced learning, working with SMEs to extract expertise and ensure accuracy, quality, and learner impact while exploring AI-native approaches.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, learning experience design, technical enablement, or customer education.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear learning journeys.

About The Role

DevRevU is rethinking customer education for the AI era. We’re not building libraries of static courses – we’re creating adaptive learning experiences that help every customer become successful with DevRev by combining AI, product context, and modern learning science. Our primary author isn’t Articulate or PowerPoint – it’s Computer, DevRev’s AI teammate.

We’re looking for a mid‑level Learning Architect to help define how education is built at DevRev. This is not a traditional instructional design role. Instead of creating slides or Storyline modules, you’ll work alongside product managers, product marketing, customer marketing, customer success managers, support engineers, and AI to design learning experiences that are generated, reviewed, and continuously improved through Computer. Your job is to translate complex product knowledge into learning frameworks, authoring standards, prompts, review workflows, and assessment strategies that AI can execute consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Design customer education experiences across onboarding, product adoption, certifications, workshops, and self‑paced learning.
• Work with Product Managers and SMEs to extract expertise and convert it into structured learning.
• Guide Computer to generate first drafts of lessons, labs, quizzes, videos, exercises, and assessments.
• Create prompting frameworks and reusable templates that improve AI‑generated content quality.
• Review, refine, and validate AI‑generated learning for technical accuracy, clarity, and learner impact.
• Define learning standards, instructional patterns, and quality guidelines across DevRevU.
• Decide when AI is sufficient and when human judgment is required.
• Continuously improve content using learner feedback, analytics, and product updates.
• Experiment with new AI‑native approaches to education rather than relying on traditional courseware.

What You’ll Bring

• 3‑6 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, learning experience design, technical enablement, or customer education.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience working and building with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear learning journeys.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and customer‑facing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.

Bonus points

• Experience building technical training or SaaS product education.
• Experience designing AI‑assisted content creation workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or structured AI authoring.
• Experience with customer education, enablement, certifications, or onboarding programs.
