Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop training programs, materials, and deliver engaging sessions to enhance employee performance.
- Design learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to measure effectiveness and make improvements.
