Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. is seeking a seasoned corporate trainer to design and deliver structured curricula across Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Generative AI. You will run instructor-led sessions, labs, and bootcamps with real projects, mentor learners, and continuously update content to meet enterprise needs.

The role emphasizes transforming business problems into practical exercises, creating assessments that test applied skills, and collaborating with business leaders to close skill gaps.

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate training delivery.
• Ability to design structured curriculum.
• Convert concepts into exercises and case-studies.
• Create assessments that test application, not theory.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong practical skills in Java, Spring Framework, common AI Frameworks, Python, Prompt Engineering.
• Have experience in Project Based learning intervention.
