About The Role & Team

As part of the Technology function, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HCM solutions supporting critical People processes. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role combining deep Oracle HCM expertise with end‑to‑end ownership and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of HCM application changes (requirements through to deployment and support)
• Lead solution design, prioritising standard Oracle HCM functionality
• Act as the technical lead for HCM modules (Core, Talent, Compensation)
• Design and support integrations using APIs, extracts, and data loads
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third‑party providers
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Provide guidance to junior team members and external partners
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise application delivery including Oracle HCM Cloud
• University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar
• Proven end-to-end lifecycle delivery experience
• Strong HCM functional and technical understanding
• Experience with integration, reporting, and enterprise architecture
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement analysis skills
• Ability to balance technical design with business value
• Experience estimating effort, timelines, and delivery costs
• Knowledge of security, governance, and IT standards

Nice-to-have

• Experience with data platforms (e.g., Fabric, Power BI)
• Experience in aviation or complex global industries
• Strong documentation and communication skills
