Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for our Bengaluru, India development center. This on-site role will define system architecture, lead integration efforts, and ensure performance aligns with product objectives, reporting to the IDC Site Leader.

You will collaborate across teams to model, analyze, and optimize complex systems while guiding tradeoff decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years systems engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience with requirements and system integration
• Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross‑functional technical efforts and solve complex system‑level challenges. This position reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions located in Bengaluru, India at the Danaher India Development Center. This is an on‑site role.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
• Model-based systems engineering
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
