Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Collibra SaaS Administrator and Workflow Developer with 3–5 years of IT experience to support data governance initiatives. You will manage the Collibra platform, build workflows with BPMN and Groovy, and integrate with enterprise systems to enable data management and governance.

You will collaborate with data governance, ETL, and business teams while ensuring platform stability, security, and scalability across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Qualifications

3–5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years on Collibra platform.
Hands-on workflow development and administration.
Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Collibra SaaS platform.

Collibra SaaS Admin & Workflow Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Collibra SaaS Administrator and Workflow Developer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support and enhance enterprise data governance initiatives. The role involves managing the Collibra platform, developing workflows, and integrating with enterprise systems to enable efficient data management and governance processes.

Primary Skills (Core Responsibilities)

Strong experience as a Collibra SaaS Administrator and Collibra Workflow Developer
Expertise in Collibra Data Governance platform (operating model, communities, domains, assets, responsibilities)
Hands‑on experience in workflow development using BPMN and Groovy scripting
Experience with middleware technologies (IBM WebSphere or similar)
Ability to configure and manage Collibra platform (users, roles, permissions, integrations)

Related Mandatory Skills

Strong development experience in Java (Spring Boot 3+)
Proficiency in development tools: Eclipse IDE / VS Code Studio
Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services:
- Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- EC2
- Application Load Balancer (ALB)
Experience in vulnerability management across:
- Unix/Linux servers
- Windows environments
Understanding of ETL processes and ability to collaborate with data engineering and business teams
