Job summary

ULTISOURCE seeks a Lead / Staff Software Engineer to architect and build AI-powered cloud-platform solutions. You will drive technical strategy, mentor teams, and shape scalable distributed systems using Python, Django, React, and AWS.

You’ll work on modern web applications, AI-powered capabilities, and high-performance backend services with an emphasis on reliability, security, and observability in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, Django, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or AI platform development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications and AI platform capabilities.
• Build distributed systems using Python, Django, React, TypeScript, AWS, REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
