This role will drive café operations, menu planning and engineering, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and F&B support for corporate events. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational excellence, hospitality expertise, commercial acumen, and customer-centric thinking.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate cafés and food service facilities.* Ensure consistent service quality, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company and statutory standards.* Monitor operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service-level adherence.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Team Member dining experiences.* Collaborate with catering partners and stakeholders to develop innovative, healthy, and diverse menu offerings.* Plan seasonal, festive, and special-event menus aligned with employee preferences and business requirements.* Track food consumption patterns and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.* Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.* Lead end-to-end food and beverage planning for corporate events, town halls, leadership meetings, employee engagement programs, and special occasions.* Coordinate with vendors and event teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services.* Track and report key operational metrics, budgets, service quality indicators, and customer feedback.* Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and corporate policies.* Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.**Skills and Knowledge*** Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory).* 3–6 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations within the corporate real estate, workplace services, hospitality, hotel, or managed services industry.
