The SME team is looking for a Lead Software Integration Engineer who can independently contribute in complex situations while supporting quality, engineering, and delivery goals. This role requires strong experience in agile work management, collaboration, integration testing, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC practices, systems integration, troubleshooting, web services, and workflow management. The ideal candidate will plan, prioritize, and manage work using agile practices that enable iterative delivery, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves partnering with engineering teams to evaluate source code, identify issues, improve quality, and promote maintainability and coding best practices. This position designs, executes, and maintains tests that validate interactions across integrated components, systems, services, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies. The candidate will help maintain QA processes and standards that prevent defects, optimize performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support compliance. The role requires strong understanding of requirements management, SDLC practices, systems integration, web services, troubleshooting, and workflow management. The candidate should be a key contributor who can informally coach others and help teams deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
