Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a technically sharp, hands-on Engineering Lead to head our Financial Reporting team. You will architect and deliver mission-critical reports and dashboards for enterprise clients, while coaching and growing a high-performing engineering squad in an AI-accelerated environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, shape technical roadmaps, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure scalable, high-quality releases.
