Job summary

EPAM Systems in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specialized in Salesforce CPQ to drive hands-on delivery from architecture to production. You will guide large CPQ implementations and migration initiatives across Salesforce and enterprise systems.

You will lead engineering teams, enforce coding standards, design integrations via REST and SOAP, and coordinate end-to-end data migration while ensuring data governance and security constraints.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development with 8–12 years in IT delivery.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product bundles, pricing rules, and approvals workflows.
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Solid knowledge of databases, integration middleware, and ERP platforms.
• Able to lead engineering teams through code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Extensive experience with large‑scale data migration: profiling, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation.
• Capable of developing scalable migration tooling and data-volume scripts.
• Familiarity with data governance and master data management activities.
• Experience coordinating release management, deployments and environments.
• Strong in performance tuning and supporting release management for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer for large-scale data migration workstreams, overseeing movement of complex datasets into Salesforce.
• Develop secure, scalable migration tooling and scripts that handle large data volumes within security standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end data migration steps including profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, and reconciliation.
• Act as the primary technical resource for data handling practices, archival implementation, and master data management build activities.
