EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce CPQ to deliver hands-on Salesforce engineering, drive CPQ configuration, ARM migration, and ERP integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

You will mentor developers, lead code reviews, own large data migration workstreams, and coordinate deployments across geographies, ensuring data quality and governance while delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience including bundles, pricing rules and approval workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging integrations via REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Proven leadership in engineering teams, including code reviews and setting coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex Salesforce CPQ implementations across clouds and external systems.
• Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Build and debug integrations between Salesforce and ERP/legacy databases.
• Manage data migration workstreams including profiling, cleansing and mapping.
• Coordinate release management, deployments, and go-live readiness for large programs.
