Job summary

Nextpower LLC in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in web development and AI agent development. You will work across Python, .NET, Azure, DevOps, and UI development, while understanding Oracle ERP and SCM domains.

Responsibilities include designing and building scalable backend services, REST APIs, cloud-native apps, Azure integrations, DevOps pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Experience with AI frameworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
• Master's degree in CS or related field is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in web development and AI agent development. The ideal candidate is a solid programmer who can work across Python, .NET, Azure ecosystem, DevOps, and UI development, and who has a good understanding of Oracle ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using Python and .NET
• Develop and support AI agents and automation workflows
• Build and enhance REST APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native applications
• Work within the Azure ecosystem including App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Fabric
• Implement and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to UI development using modern web frameworks

Required Technical Skills

Programming & Development:

• Strong hands‑on experience in Python
• Solid experience in .NET / C#

Cloud & DevOps:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud deployments and automation
• Exposure to Azure Fabric preferred

Web & UI:

• Experience with UI development (Angular, React, or similar)
• Understanding of responsive design principles

AI & Automation:

• Experience or strong interest in AI agent development and automation
• Familiarity with LLM integrations or Python‑based AI frameworks is a plus

Enterprise & Domain Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP (NetSuite / Oracle ERP)
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts

Candidate Profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset
• Ability to work across full stack and cloud infrastructure
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline such as Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) is mandatory.
• A master’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
