In this role, you will align strategy, lead process reimagination, and ensure measurable business impact. The main focus will be around process discovery, ideation, and process re‑engineering with an emphasis on agentic adoption, aimed at driving productivity success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise‑wide agentic transformation initiatives across departments
• Lead strategic alignment and readiness assessments across the organization
• Define KPIs and business objectives for agentic workflows
• Oversee process redesign using design thinking and agentic capabilities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive agentic workflow adoption
• Lead change management and adoption campaigns
• Quantify and scale value realization across the enterprise
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and solve complex problems
• Contribute hands‑on to the design and development of microservices and REST APIs

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering
