• Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code written by others to maintain engineering standards.
• Drive operational excellence by promptly investigating and resolving issues, preventing recurrence, and automating remediation of recurring problems to improve stability.
• Architect for scalability, reliability, and performance by avoiding single points of failure, enabling zero‑downtime releases, and optimizing data performance using modern patterns.
• Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and adoption of new and leading‑edge technologies.
• Proficiency in back‑end technologies (e.g., Python, Flask, Django) with experience building microservices‑based applications; for full‑stack roles, proficiency also includes front‑end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular).
