Job summary

Impact Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr C++ Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems that drive enterprise SaaS products. You will tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to new revenue streams while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on C++ development, strong OO design, and a solid grasp of data structures, multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.

What Lands You In This Role

Must have —

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.


• Strong coding fundamentals with solid object-oriented design skills and a good understanding of design patterns.


• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.


• Experience building scalable, high-performance applications and backend systems.


• Familiarity with key-value stores, caching systems, search technologies, and messaging queues.


• Exposure to distributed systems is highly desirable.


• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to work on complex engineering problems.

Good to have —

• Exposure to AI/ML-driven systems or data-intensive applications.


• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.


• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems.
