Job summary

Cognizant in Hyderabad seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to design, develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions across Java, React/Angular/TypeScript and Python stacks. You will integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC pipelines and collaborate with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate delivery.

You will lead onboarding, training and enablement, promoting best practices in prompt engineering and multi-agent workflows while providing hands-on troubleshooting and optimization to ensure scalable

Qualifications

• GenAI / LLM expertise required.
• Strong fullstack engineering experience across Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Cloud platforms knowledge (e.g., OCP, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin Claude Code and Cursor.
• Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD internal platforms).
• Partner with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve end-to-end product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities.
• Lead tool onboarding, training and enablement to drive adoption and best practices on GenAI usage.
• Monitor and optimize tool usage, performance and efficiency; establish best practices for GenAI workflows.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning and scaling support.
