Job summary

Questhiring is seeking a senior software engineer specializing in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications.

You will build robust RAG pipelines, craft intelligent LangChain/LangGraph workflows, and advance AI guardrails while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices across scalable backend services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Multithreading, and Design Patterns.
• Experience building and deploying production-scale AI/LLM applications.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases, embeddings, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience with API testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI applications.
